The Vines Road Community Centre is engaged by the Department of Health and Human Services, Vic to deliver the Neighbourhood House Coordination Program. This program allows VRCC to employ a coordinator to manage the operations and to undertake community development activities that link directly to our strategic plan, which is administered by the Committee of Management. To see what the Neighbourhood House Coordination Program entails, please click the above logo.The City of Greater Geelong makes funding available to eligible Neighbourhood Houses to implement a community development project annually. Without this grant, VRCC would not have a community garden, our famous Community Tai Chi Program on Thursday afternoons, our craft programs, book club or cooking classes.
